Still only on my second litre. Not going to have a third tonight as its too late. I have been good though, I have bee out and not had a drop of anything bad. Ended up working to help out Mum and Dad until the rest of the staff arrived.

Just reading on a site which says that 1.8 ltrs per day should come directly as water and the remainder from foods and other beverages (although they seem to change site to site - this is a bbc one) and I think you've done brilliantly so far anyway! Theres always tomorrow :yes:

LOL don't blame ya when i was doing CD i was drinking 5-6 lits a day spent all night on loo
