I'm here... well, i wasn't, but i am now!

Bit snowed under, sent 99 parcels this week. The named seller account on Amazon has 10xed my business on there! party123123

So i've been a bit manic as i think the parcel count before xmas averaged 130 or something and i wasn't quite ready for the upturn

It has had a bit of a drastic affect on cashflow, as they only pay you twice a month and there was over £1000 in the account on there at last count. *grumble*

Arranged a loan this week that gives me money for expansion, but it feels like a hell of a big step, though it isn't terrifying by any stretch, only £5k, but even so!

Hi Merry

glad business is going well for you, 99 parcels a month for me would be good!!!

that loan should give you a real boost, thinking about getting one myself but haven't written my biz plan yet and at this rate I will never get it done

I've never sold on Amazon, haven't quite got my head around how it works

Named seller means you turn up in the "add to basket" box - seems to make a real difference to peoples confidence. It's been very good for me.

I'm freaking myself out because i am already planning Christmas - that is blooming good for me! rofl!

Cool - how do you make it so you turn up there? Is it like a subscription thing or something?

Never heard of that - I have a bit on Amazon but I have never really got to grips with it.

Do you have to pay to do it?

Yes, it's the same as the pro-merchant account, so £25+VAT a month and you have to apply and be approved :)

Cool - well done you for getting approved :)
