The Essex authorities are spending much time on awareness for teenagers re pregnancy, stds etc. I heard a really lovely story of a girl who fell pregnant at 15 who went back to school 6 days after having her baby and is now managing to be a mum whilst attending college - she got all A to Cs in her GCSEs. She is also now helping with a support group for teenagers. She sounded like such a mature young woman and it brought a smile to my face.
