I dont have any recent places I've hosted with as I have my own hosting server now for clients...

But I use 1&1 for domains if price is the main factor, and freeparking.co.uk if customer services is top priority (as they are fab - responding to issues within a couple of hours even at the weekend!).

I'm with ihelm now too and 1&1 is amazingly cheap for domain names.
