I went to the business startup exhibition at Excell last week. One of the things I picked up was a free cd rom which takes you through the basics of a business plan, including customer analysis and cashflow. It was produced by Lloyds TSB. I've just looked at their site and couldn't see the software to download - I think you may be able to pick it up in your local branch? They do have lots of useful guides (http://www.lloydstsbbusiness.com/support/businessguide.asp)here though :party05:
