I am really frustrated, well my creative side is! I need to get some quality time in with my sewing machine! I have been so focused with TUGGLE that I haven't had any! So I have decided to give myslelf a timetable and have two 'sessions' a week with my love!

I have an idea for a new version of my old TUGGLE blankets burning away and I cannot wait to get started. I need to source some QUALITY felt, not the rubbish that you can buy at hobbycraft it needs to be lambswool, thick, soft, and large.

Does anyone have any ideas where I can get a supplier?

do you have a dunelm mill shop?? i know there is a huge one about 15 miles form me that has a massive warehouse full of fabric.......not sure how good it is though....hobbycraft is horendous for fabric.....they were charging £9.99 a square metre for just normal patterned fabric when i went in a couple of weeks ago and a woman had bought loads, she must have more money than sense!!! x x x

Ask on the downsizer forum, they might be able to help there.

thanks everyone, I just dont think I can find the quality I need without either paying someone to felt wool for me or felt it myself. Given that I dont have the time to do that Im going to re think!

If you're serious I have a friend who does felting, she's totally not techy, doesn't really 'do' the internet, but I could pass on your phone number?
