What do you use on your animals to stop fleas?

My mum uses Front Line on the dog, it works well.

We're giving 4fleas tablets to the cats,in a pink packet from the pet shop, it seems to kill them OK but theres not a long lasting effect

We use Frontline on the cats.Works great but only lasts 4 weeks.

Ive started using the pills for the cats and dog. I find its much easier than trying to get the Frontline on them!
