Hi All

I've just added a button on my website which shows testimonials.

If any of you have ever used my website can I ask that you add a testimonial??

Also, do any of you also have a testimonial area on your websites?

You can see and add to my website testimonials either by looking at the very bottom of www.magsite.co.uk (http://www.magsite.co.uk) or by clicking here (http://www.alexa.com/data/details/main?url=http://www.magsite.co.uk)

I have a testimonial area on my website and I was surprised to see from my statcounter results that it is visited frequently!! I think it's a good idea to have customer feedback!

My testimonial link is on the top left hand side of my page - below the refer a friend link!

Testimonials work really well - a friend of mine runs this company (http://www.tidy-books.co.uk) and you can see how she has laid her feedback out here. (http://www.tidy-books.com/customer_comments.html). From the research I have done I understand that publishing feedback inspires confidence.

I think it really does help people feel confidence in you. I try to link to people's websites too (perhaps more relavent for me as business to business) but it means people can check comments are genuine.

Add comments in as you get them if you can.

I have testimonials on my website - they are below the menu and when you hover over them they pop up a new window (however, I know this doesn't work in Firefox and once we move we will be probably changing some of the website around again).

I have a page of testimonials - our website designer suggested it when we redid the site to add the Medicine Wheel. He told us to make some up if we didn't have any!
When I looked through emails and letters, though, there were a lot of lovely comments, so I used those (and didn't have to make any up:D )

I have started putting customers' comments onto my website. In fact, I am going to dedicate a page just to that.
At first, I emailed the customers to ask permission to use their comments. I must admit that now I just use them and hope I don't contravene any personal or data laws!
I was getting so many nice emails from people thanking me for the good service etc that I thought I should use them as possible selling points.
Like all of you, I have worked hard to ensure that customer service is my priority so I really appreciate it when people take the time to express their thanks.
