I did cover this in college, many years ago - but the only thing I can remember is use double spacing, lol.

I'd recommend you visit www.acpr.co.uk Antonia who runs it is a wahm and she does some fact sheets - I think they are half price this month. I bought them and have been doing my own PR for a year now very successfully
