1. Is it okay to put a yahoo group on your listings or on your me page?
2. When you have a sale do you send an email to thank them and confirm you have received their order. If so do you use an automated response or do you just use the send message button.

I always like to send a personal note of thanks for an order when I update. I just think it's nice and adds a personal touch.
