I bought a nintendo gameboy game for my daughter, stating its brand new and unused..we get it and its bloody copy..we paid £30 for it.
Seller has told me to return and he will refund, but even if i send it recorded delivery how do i know he will still give me a refund?
I have threatened trading standards,.police etc and he is no longer replying.
I am just going to have to go through paypal for efund and hope for the best.
Anyone else been through something similar...any advice or tips??

Send it back recorded delivery and if you don't get a refund paypal will take it up for you. Just keep your proof of posting.

i asked on the boards and in live help chat...they said get it sent recorded and keep tracking number, if i dont get a refund go to paypal and they will sort it out!
