I've had to stop my debit card

I got an email from Ebay today (I didn't click on anything but logged into Ebay separately and it showed the same message) saying that my card had been used. Basically I don't use my Ebay account, any Ebaying we do is from DH's account. We rang the bank and no money has come out that we are not aware of but I have had to cancel my card and now have to wait for a new one.

Not a happy bunny as you can imagine.

how come they emailed you to say the card had been used? did someone bid for something with your id?

how awful, i'm slowly losing faith in ebay, it seems too many fraudsters can do things they shouldn't, a little too easily...hope your card comes through soon x x x x
