As there are so many of us doing the Race For Life, I thought it might be good to have a thread for runners/walkers/gossip and keep a list of people who are doing it and when, so that if anyone wants to show support they can (not obligatory!) :D
My details are:
Race: 1st July at Cwmbran, Wales
Runner number: 351
Reason: To do something good and in the memory of my next door neighbour who died 5 years ago of cancer. She was like a second mother to me and my sister.

I just got my sponsorship through for Hydro Active 2007. This is another 5k run taking place in Hyde Park in September. I can only enter if I have raised £100 in sponsorship so I'd really be grateful for sponsors. The charity is Havens Children's Hospice - here is a link (http://www.havenshospices.org.uk)
I don't have a website for donations but again would really be grateful if anyone could sponsor me.
Thanks.

Last night we crossed the hundred barrier in sponsership and between me . Must admit I put the FIL on the spot when he phoned and asked him if he would sponser madam and I still have people I want to ask.
I split the asking between sponsering me or madam depending on who I ask as she is now in exam time so does not get much chance to get sponsers.
Good luck to everyone on here and lets hope we get good jogging/walking weather on the day
