I'd go and look at what others do as a wholesale discount and do pretty much the same. The Brighton Bead shop where I get a lot of my beads do 10% off if you buy so many of the same thing at a time but I expect it varies.

Hi there
I would offer a percentage off each item (say 15%?) for wholesale but include a minimum order. So for example - if you were selling a purple bead for 10p per bead on your retail site, you could sell it for 8.5p per bead but only if you order a minimum of 20. Other websites offer a 15% discount on the entire order if you spend over an amount - say £100 (this option is a bit easier than having to price every single item individually). Obviously everyone is different and you need to establish a balance between becoming an attractive wholesaler and what you find acceptable. Remember that on wholesale you save on lots of things such as packaging, postage, counting/bagging smaller quantities.
Hope this helps! Fell free to pm me as I buy wholesale from lots of beady places!
