HI, not a major thing, but I sold a old Radley bag that had signs of wear and the buyer pulled out , so I've blocked them as I think they were having a laugh, it was an ebayer with no feedback but registered since 2004. Anyway I did a second chance offer and she asked for more photo's which I sent. So just started getting ready to pack and I noticed when giving a final polish some water type marks not previously described.

I feel a bit odd about sending it and am not sure she will be happy, she paid £44 and the bag new was ober £100. So I've sent her a message telling her this and said she can have a refund now or have the bag at a reduced rate.

Do you think this is fair and a good offer?

Cheers

well she asked for a full refund, so I gave it to her, hope I don't get bad feedback but I don't want bad feedback cos she thought she was being ripped off

Anyone want a radley bag?!

lol

Make sure you send a mutual agreement not to continue the transaction hun so that you get your final value fee back cos on £44 it's worth getting back. Just re-list it and describe everything. You'll get free relisting too if you do the mutual agreement thing.
