well, after all the trouble we had trying to get dinosaurs for ds's room. we decided to go with a space theme. dh is up there now.
wish i took some before pics to show you. basically it was white with Jodie's cotbed in there.. now its blue with a big space border and his bed is the top bunk (it had a double on the bottom) its quite raised so we are going to attempt to put some material around it to make a tent (he thinks its a tent, but its a hiding place for all the rubbish :cheesy:)
will take some pics when its all finsihed (if :unsure:)

sounds nice, can't wait to see the pics, we still have to get round to doing our girls room, it's just white atm but they do have all their angel accessories in there so it's not that bad! x x x

Sounds nice, we painted oscar's room blue and dp chose a space border, bet lee is really excited about his new room?

Are you going to put lumonious stars on the ceiling? Me and dh have some on ours:cheesy: I love them kids always had them on their ceilings when they were small.

We had luminous stars in Connor's room. The big mistake we made was to put them on his wall so he used to take them off and move them into the patterns he wanted - lots of "sticky" blu-tack marks still on the wall!!!

It does look good though hun - I think they would look brill on the ceiling!

we cheated for bens room when he had a space theme!!
We got some back netting and attached that to the ceiling.. it also meant that we could suspend stuff from it like planets and a space rocket.. was FAB!!

looks great, Eth has a space room, blue room with space stickarounds, space lampshade/bedding/curtains (asda has some lovely sets) and a big 'tent' thingy from IKEA, over the top of the bed iykwim - he loves it!

wow.. thats nice.. just to let u know there is a site on the internet called linen-uk. i was looking on it the other day for things, well they have loads of space there accesories.. quilt cover.. wall clock.. height chart.. pk of 4 wall art stickers which are rockets.. and they have pks of stickers for around the room, they also have a room kit which was quite expensive about £40 but it looked great u get some kind of huge window that u stick on the wall and then other stickers to put on it, and it actually looks like ur looking out into space.....wooooow. and they have huge panet stickers. this may not be what ur looking for it depends on how old ur little 1 is but it may be worth having a look if your doing that theme......
