Well After The Whole Rigmarole... I Had Trying To Set Up My Account.... I Thought Things Were Going Great.. Id Brought Loads Of Things For The Twins... Some Lovely Little Designer Tops For Real Stupid Prices, That You Would Never Get In The Shops... Only 1 Problem.. Id Paid By Echeque In The Very 1st Beginning For 2 Funny Face Dummies... They Looked So Funny And Comicial.. From A Seller Called Kwik-seller-art...well Anyway, I Brought These On The 1st Feb, It Shows On My Account That The Cheque Was Sent To Them On The 13th And Now Its The 21st And I Received Nothink.... Ive Emailed This Seller Atleast 6 Times And They Havent Replied Once Or They Wont.... Ive Been So Polite Everytime Ive Got In Touch Said Nothink Bad Just Simply Asked Has The Cheque Cleared As It Shows From My End It Has, Or Have They Sent The Items Out Or If There Is A Problem.... I Dont Understand Why Im Not Getting What Ive Paid For????? Ive Read There Other Feed Back And Others Have Said They Are Great Sellers, There Stuff Arrived Quickly Etc I Just Dont Understand???????????????? Has This Seller Ripped Me Off... I Must Say I Have Just Now Left Them Negative Feedback.... Not Just Because I Didnt Receive My Stuff... But Because I Cant Stand Ignorant People... After All It Only Takes A Minute Or 2 To Reply To My Messages... Espically When He Has My Money In His Pocket....... I Know Some Of You Sell On Ebay.... Are Any Of You The Seller....?????? Lol..... Wheres My Dummies.........lol Lol Lol Lol Lol Xxx

You can now appeal to ebay and hopefully get a refund.

We have had similar happen, it is not always a positive experience on there - sorry it got you.

sorry to hear that it is a pain when tha happens and i too hate people that dont bother replying to emails.

But they may be a valid reason, i once had a similar problem and i emailed saying i have given you plently of chance to reply and send item so im reporting it to ebay etc. I then got a apology email saying that his wife had had a baby ok fair enough (but i did think to myself why would you sell on ebay if you knew you were having a baby at anytime)

other people may well have had problems with this seller but not left feedback.

I had a bad experience in December and didn't leave feedback as the seller always gave neg feedback to those who either gave him neutral or negative. I really should have left some kind of feedback and will do if I still can, my hubby doesn't want us to get our first negative feedback.

Isn't it a mare when this happens! I won something on the 9 Feb, paid instantly and after lots of polite chasing didn't receive anything, not even an email explaining the situation! So I got nasty! Told them that if I did not have a response within the next 12 hours I would be reporting them and leaving VERY bad feedback. Funnily enough I got a reply almost instantly apologising and saying the goods would be posted 1st thing in the morning!

I would always try sending a stropy email before leaving neg feedback. That way you have told them what you will do if you get no response. Then report them to ebay, then leave neg feedback as a last resort - shame tho, but people will leave neg feedback if they receive it!

Hi Guys... Thanks All For Ur Ideas.... Well It Was Only 2 Dummies I Paid For Which Were £7.00 Each Including P&p.. But Thats A Total Of £14.oo... Which Is £14.00 Down Out Of My Pocket And Better In His.... I May Of Well Just Mailed Him And Said Hi I Will Be Sending U £14.oo Because I Am An Idiot........ Please Dont Send Anythink In Return.....lol Lol Lol... I Have Mailed Him Twice Since Yesturday Afternoon And Still Nothink..... I Left Him 2 Negative Feedback.... Not Very Rude At All As That Isnt Me Anyway... I Just Said Paid For 2 Dummies And Didnt Receive Any?????????? Have you had an email from paypal to say that the cheque has cleared? If you have and you still don't receive anything open an unpaid item dispute.

hi sarah... yes i know the payment was cleared as when u go into your account it says cleared... and i also brought somethink else a couple of days later and that was again sent by echeque and that also cleared... ive had that item sent to me ages ago a couple of wks now.... just not the dummies.... i did actually set up the dispute thing and emailed the seller 3 times again and still nothink there just taking the ....... ive actually gone to the bit now where its says end dispute and now paypal decide the outcome within 30 days???? its sooooooo obvious there not gonna send them out.. because if i was the seller its obvious you have to read your mail. and the amount of times ive emailed them youd think theyd reply just to let me know they were sent out...... but no nothink_________________. well that will teach me not to pay for somethink silly.................. but they just made me laugh when i seen them i had to buy 1 and with me having the twins i ahd to buy 2.... id never seen anythink like them before..... untill i showed my sister-in-law and the .......... went and brought 1..... and to .......... me off more she got hers 2 days later.... wait for it.......................................... ive gone ahead and brought 2 more but...........................................from another seller... if i dont get these im never going on ebay again...lol.lol.lol.
