Hi All....feeling deflated

Hi all, not been around "properly" for a couple of days cos feel a bit deflated and dont really know why?

Well i suppose i do know but its all out of my hands

Have had an horrendous day yesterday at work (i'm a job sharer)

We had to raise the security screens on a very abusive customer and then one of my collegues was held hostage in a customers property, i had a lady on the phone threatening suicide and another who's ex was going to kill her! oh the joys of my paid job!
Can't wait until my business takes off so i can leave all the drama behind..

Its also coming up to the anniversary of losing my mum in a couple of weeks (2 years) so always feel really sensitive on the lead up to it.

So can i rely on you girls (and guys) to cheer me up like you usually do?

Dont think i will cheer u up probably make u feel worse. I know what you mean about feeling down. My mum died last august the day after my wedding and im still feeling down about it. Havent been at my paid job since the beginning of jan as she used to work there too. Would be great when the business takes off enough to be able to give it up.

I'm just trying john smiths extra smooth with blackcurrant, it's rather nice in my lead crystal cut brandy glass - it sort of looks like brandy, frothy brandy, but with a little thought i am managing to make it taste like brandy and blackcurrant.

fab...love curry n chips but here in the very uncouth side of Notts i also have mushy peas and a pickled onion with it! my DH is posh (from Staff's) and he thinks its disgusting and has banned me from asking for it at his local chipshop at "home" lol i do it on purpose now!

Ahh Ketty, you see i really enjoy a cup of Masala chai with Amaretti Virginia but i equally enjoy chippy chips with runny curry sauce. Food has no bearing on class.

What do you have in your freezer?

the contents of my freezer include the usual kids stuff like smiley faces,fish fingers, waffles,pizza and also things like salmon, tuna ,chicken, magnums,ice cream actually i am not sure whats in my freezer... i dont cook (and thats seriously not a joke?) my DH does all the foody things !

No one is doing food stuff here at the minute - why does DH assume it's my job? And why does he not order the food if i am working and he is sat looking at Argos all day?

So, apart from a duck my freezer is pretty empty and the only reason the duck is still in there is because i can't find any chinese pancakes anywhere and i can't be bothered to make any. Oh there's some heart shaped fruit juice ice cubes, cod, chapattis and filo pastry.

Oh waht am i going to do when i have to starve to death on weight watchers and what am i going to do if i can't drink mi brandy and coke? maybe i should wait another week and have another weeks worth of bingeing then start next week.

well maybe if i go and pay my dosh then have a binge all week when i have gained the first week and everyones there getting their little badges and congrats for losing 3 stone that week i will feel really ashamed and more so when she makes me stand up and say how much i gained.

See thing is, if i cut my food intake in half it stands to reason that i should lose some weight eh? So why does that not work - i just know that i am gunna be reduced to a carrot and a lettuce a day before i loose even a gram.

Being 40 and fat really is too much to bare.

yuck i hate duck....

only eat fish and chicken because the thought of red meat makes me puke, this has been since i was pregnant with DS who is now 19!

My DH once "tricked" me into eating duck by telling me it was something else at a chinese and then proceeded to make duck noises all night, when we got home i found a plastic duck in my bed haha not! so childish lol.

I did w/w once, got down to my target in 5 months! cant be ar##d at the mo, when i diet all i think about is food..
