I was a couple of minutes late 4 handover, only cos I was cycling, & as I haven't cycled 4 ages it was rather more hard work than B4!
(I had 2 get off & walk in 2 places!!)

it wasnt that long hun, I finished @ 1:30, got home just after 2 then I had 2 do the food shopping!
This is the 1st chance I've had 2 come on here1

& I used 2 cycle all the time Clair, but I just got lazy!
I',e got 2 do SOMEthing 2 lose this weight!!
