on the phone waiting for british gas to answer with that stupid music up to 15 minute wait :help10: :cursin:

My kids pediatricians office keeps me on hold like that. Every 5 minutes an automated voice comes on telling me how important my call is and to please continue holding. But they never come BACK!
I have to drive up there just to schedule an appointment. :\

thankslisa you've just reminded me british gas still owe me money from them overcharging me a fiver a week for well over a year, i shall try ringing them soon as i was meant to have the statement at the end of january, I'll have to time it see how long it takes, and if they put me through to 10 different people who want to know my name and address I may end up throwing the phone through the window and of course i will get through to the foreign bloke who does not speak english

We've been trying to phone British Gas all weekend as we need our boiler repaired so I perfectly understand your frustrations Lisa - added to that it's an 0845 number and you get charged for that and we pay a monthly one-off fee for our calls but these numbers are not included!

They eventually answered and they are coming out on Friday morning - they better turn up or else!

yeah after 20 mins, can only send me a stament that i phoned up for from 3-4 months ago why i dont know took 20 mins for that ridiculous
