I'm baffled now.
I recently switched over to the paypal cart adn it all looks good, sales are up, my visitor to sales ratio is better etc.
But, I am trying to do my parents a favour by having a donation button on my site for a charity they support.
The donation button keeps trying to add postage! How do I stop it? I've been through the paypal help pages and I'm still confused.
Help!

Could you use Just Giving instead? People know and trust it.

I'm trying to collect it so I can out the cash in my Dad's hand.
But tbh it'd still be good to know how!

Could be - it took loads of attempts and an email conversation with paypal help to sort the bugger out.
