someone really didn't like getting their congestion charge notice!
not making light of the subject, but I don't want everyone panicing that this is some sort of terrorist attack, just some nutter with a grudge.
Still it must be terrifying for all involved, hope the woman injured will be OK.

I just heard on the radio that she's been taken to hospital. An eye witness said her stomach was bleeding and so was her hand which was raised. She was very upset and distressed - but who wouldn't be? Hope she's ok and the injuries are not as serious as they sound.
