Hi, my name is Sue.
I am a 41 year old mother of twins, one boy one girl. They are wonderful kids, but I do find them a bit of a handful at times. My husband is fantastic, but is out to work all day. My Dad and sisters live 40 miles away and I am feeling a bit isolated at the moment.
Thought I should join a forum of mums, and make some cyber friends.
Oh and by the way, i was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2005, I have had a bi-lateral mastectomy
Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Welcome to muszone! I love it here and Im sure you will do too!
It sounds like you have had a manic few years, You also sound very brave.
I had cervical abnormalities in 2002, resulting in biopsies and tests for various things and if you would like to vent about medical stuff then feel free to PM me.

you are never too old old for this forum, you are by no means the oldest here, there are a few here, with several years on you.
i would just like to say that, it is brave of you to annouce in a public forum about the cancer, i dont why but people seem to be scared to even say it, the more people like you who are open about it, the more aware we all are, and that could save lives. again welcome

Hello and welcome Sue,
I'm also 40, mom of 4. Michael 22, Elijah 14, Nathan 15 and a moody daughter Jazmin 17.
My boys Nathan and Elijah aren't twins, but they seem like it. We refer to them as "Thing one & Thing two" like the Cat in the Hat (Doctor Sues) characters. :D
