hangovers???? and why do they last sooo long???? it was saturday nite ffs and not its monday afternoon and i STILL feel like something is trying to hatch out of my head!!!!!

and i should be exempt because i wasnt enjoying myself - i was trying to get my marriage back on track!

Lol! I feel so smug when people have hangovers at the moment as I'm not drinking.... :D

But I can't be too smug as I haven't forgotten what they're like, hasn't been THAT long.

Get some good painkillers down ya neck and drink LOTS of water...

never used to get really too badly affected by hangovers but now they last 2 days

it's our age, we're not getting any younger!!

I've not had one for years but apparently the reason they are so bad is because we dehydrate. The best thing that you can do is drink lots of water x x
