The other day I looked out of my window and there was a moped parked right over my driveway. When I went to pick up the girls from school there was a traffic warden standing by it and I thought he was writing a ticket. I actually thanked him and said "serves them right for parking over my drive".

It wasn't until I got back later that DH said he got home and couldn't get into the drive because of the moped then he saw the traffic warden get on the thing and drive it away.:ac39:

HOW DARE HE!!! I can't believe a traffic warden would have the cheek to park over a driveway, ooh just you wait until I see him again. (I realised afterwards that I have seen him before he drives down our road and nicks all the cars that are parked on the double yellows).

I'm so angry that I didn't realise at the time I would certainly have given him a piece of my mind.:ac39:

or you could be sneaky and just phone and report him to his boss. I don't know what details you need bit if they kbow the area the person works in then that coukd be enough.

Do your wardens still work for the Police as round here they are employed by the council as the Police can't be bothered any more with parking(we went for nearly a year without any traffic wardens

Did you see on the news the other day when that tree fell on the car and a woman and her elderly mother narrowly escaped injury? The car roof was smashed in. The police advised her to leave the car there and get her mother home and within minutes of them all leaving some idiot traffic warden went over and slapped a ticket on it!! Even worse overnight - some swine nicked the stereo! :ac39:

honestly ....it really winds me up!!!!! "Jobsworth" doesnt even touch it.....i can think of a much better word but dont think Toni would let me post it! bet you all know what it is thought! LOL
