Hello from a newbie!

Hi everyone,
My name is Rachel, I have a 17 month daughter and am 20weeks pregnant with number 2.
I have just given up work - first day not working today - I've been looking after my daughter whilst working from home and it has just got too much. Bigger money problems ahead!
I'm feeling quite nervous about number 2, as I'm so tired all the time - all magazines seem to concentrate on baby number 1 so I'm not getting much advise. My Health Visitor Ok but concentrates on newborns and doesn't have much time when they are older.
Could go on forever - I have loads of questions I would like help with.
