Hmmm, jeans and curtains!

Was kinda thinking clothes for Dd and me I can't imagine doing curtains, wouldn't they be hard?

Might try making bedding, but it is great having one

i think curtains would be fairly simple, just sew some heading tape to the top and hem the other 3 sides, you could line them simply enough too!

I prefer doing curtains and cushion covers rather than clothes. Clothes were too hard for me lol

I am doing some make shift curtains for a cupboard in the kitchen that has no doors also I make small drawstring pouches on mine to send customers their little beaded items in when they purchase from my web site.

I do fancy having a go at doing a bit of patchworking at some point too, mebbe do a little quilt for DD's dolls etc.

OOh I love my sewing machine. It's saved me hundreds of pounds in soft furnishings since I had it when I was 17. I used to make clothes for myself and I was always going to make little smocked dresses etc for Abbie but never actually got round to it.

Have fun with it.
