I have always said I do not collect anything. That was until dh rang me from work to ask if I had a certain recipe in my collection of cook books. Then I realised I do "Doh" I collect cook books,

I just saw them as something I use, but they are not they are my hobby and I love looking through different ones and love it when I get new ones. I really like receiving old cook books as you get some really unusual recipes in them.

Dh always finds it funny when I am given a cook book as he says my face lights up and then I sit for hours looking at all the recipes.

So what do you collect?

The couple that create them have been doing them since the early 90's and have decided to stop doing them. You will still see them in the shops for a little while but they are not making any new ones now! I have about 30 or 40 of them so not loads but im still gutted. Have been collecting them since arron was born.

I used to collect elephants, but most of them are packed away because I don't like too much c**p on shelves etc.

I can relate to the cook book thing. I love cook books and especially cake books.

I collect fridge magnets from around the world. Whenever I go on holiday I buy one or if someone goes away they have to get one for me. And DH collects shot glasses - also from holidays.
