I dont know if anyone saw the story of the baby who died from the MRSA bug at just 36 hours old.

The father of the baby is my best friends cousin.

It's scary too. Many women get persuaded to have hospital births instead of homebirths. It is so sad having a baby in hospital is the last ting that you worry about.

I don't know how anyone can get over this, I hope the hospital concerned will make improvements which will be too late.

It is so sad, hope they get all the support they need

How would you deal with that when your in supposedly the best place for you and your newborn to be in and that happens.

The word sad doens't really seem strong enough for this. How awfull that such a thing could happen, and what a sweet little baby he was too. How on earth would you cope with such a thing??? It breaks my heart just to think about how his parents and family must be feeling. Just makes us appreciate our little people all the more i think!
