I joined quite a while ago, and read whats going on.
But i am a complete message-a-phobe
i cant even figure out my space or msn- unlike my kids
i just about got the hang of txt language, but i dont understand all the shorthand on messaging or the computer jargon!!

can someone explain it to a complete idiot ( me!!!!)

down side-- i found dd site--- not sure i approve of all she has to say and the pix she has posted

dont think i can say anything to her, isnt is a bit like reading a diary?

Hi & welcome, you'll soon get used to the abbreviations, if not, just ask, someone will be able to help! :D

As for reading your dd's myspace being like a diary, I thought myspace was for public reading? shrugshoulders111 I don't think you were wrong to read it. HTH.

dd left myspace on computer, she was waiting for a reply to she if her friend wanted to go to town- and dh started to look at it- she didnt like it at all.
oh well- i suppose at least shes not going out drinking and smoking pot!!!

maybe i should learn to let go a bit

but them i remember what i was like at 16!!!!!!!

awwww, don't say that! it took me ages to figure things out, this is the first forum site i've used and it's absolutely fab! it's worth percivering(sp) if there's anything you don't know, just ask!! (can't guarantee i'll know the answer but someone will!)
