Im having a real bad time at the mo and i mean new job lots to tell you all if im aloud!!!! Omg lot to tell but ive been hiding it!!!! Can i just say you lot have kept me sane!!! I really have been working with insane ppl sending me down hill, but im strong!!! not going to let them!!!!!! All i can say logging into Mz as kept me going you lot are so brill.... Sorry i sit here and so want to tell you whats going on itssss so hurting me but got to be storng and not to sure weather im alound to discuss work i hope i can soooo really need your advice to what ive seen and witnessed but sooo thankyou for being here and all your great threads cant wait to get home just to read mz your all a great help Thankyou you all for keep me going just reading your great threads... xxx

Ohhhh dear the wine did go to my head last night lol..... Its work its really getting me down its a long story so i hope i dont bore you.... First of all i own up i suffer depression to and have done for the last 4 years.But this year as been a real hard year... I think you remember older ds was badly beaten was taken of my doorstep and beaten with iron bars.... Stress with the csa case thought we was going to lose the house and go down the bankrupcy route again but thankfully that as been sorted but didnt half put pressure on our relationship....I did sink further into depression so decided to go back to work part time in care home for the ederly to get me out of the house, never done this sort of work before but do enjoy working with them... Right its a private and run by a real weirdo he's so horrid!!!! Ive been there now for about 4-5 weeks the first few days i seen him shout at the staff for nothing and i mean really shout.... They told me to watch him as he never keeps his staff as hes like this all the time!!! Anyway he got a telling off by the inspecters for not having fresh veg and meat and feeding the ederly cheap crap food and he had 6 weeks to put this right!!!! Anyway he as gone mad at the cook saying she grassed him up which she didnt, she couldnt show them something she as not got!!! He told us all if we ever speak to them we will all get our p45's as its against the law to speak to them....Yeah right!!! well i will be phoning them as the place is filthy one old guy who can look after himself hes lovely is sleeping on a peeie mattress and he does not even wee the bed so he complained couldnt believe the respone he got..... He got a mouthful and was told if he didnt like it he could leave :angry-smi123 Just couldnt believe my ears this really upset the old guy.... These people are never took out!!!! noooooo entertainment just sat there all day!!!!I could go on and on.... What really as upset me i caught him man handling an old lady who suffers mental illness and i mean he really hurt her..... God im sorry but i hate this man soooo much and really having to bite my tonque.... He dosent care for any of them he just wants there money!!! Forgot to say he still as not got any fresh meat or veg still feeding them the cheap crap food.... He also told the cook as she complained about there being no windows in the kitchen only a door.... That flys only come through windows they dont come through doors shrugshoulders111 lol sorry im not going to go on anymore because honestly theres so much to say about him .... I just hate this job and want to take them all home away from that horrid place!!!!! Sorry its just getting me sooo down i needed to get it of my chest... Sorry if ive bored you xxx

Oh i forgot to say sorrrrry to go on.... Norman one of the old guys that was there is soooo lovely, he suffers from depression he had a nervous breakdown when he was 26 due to some personel experiences he had when younger....He went out alot because he could still get around and quite a fit old guy well hes only 66 and didnt need 24 hour care... Well when i went to work friday there was an aberlance outside, couldnt belive what i heard Norman had died shrugshoulders111 Not sure why yet.... But the softie that i am it gutted me.... Anyway didnt see mr boss as he was in the office with the undertakers and police.... We all was in shock as like i said Norman was quite a fit guy..... Anyway later on when i was about to go home bumped into the mr nasty boss and said what a shock it was about Norman.... Well couldnt believe what i heard he said Noooo it wasnt a shock that all ppl with mental health problems will die in the end with all the drugs they are on!!!! We dont even no how he died yet.... He even said he thinks the flu jabs are spiked because the goverment want the old people to die because old people are to much trouble.... How bloody awful is he!!!!!!!

OMG!!! no wonder you feel like you do!...you got to grass this man up, give me the details and i'll do it...he can't go on abusing these people. they could be your mum/dad/granny/grandad etc..and thats what hes doing, along with his staff!
can't you and the rest of the staff get together and make a formal complaint about him?
and im sorry about your ds. i had no idea...

im not surprised. im angry for you...must be really hard for you to carry on working there...i think i can understand why you're still there...i think id want to stay working there, just to protect the people that are there. i know you can't do that all the time. but what a bastard your boss is, and those people should be grateful (which im sure they are) that there are people like you and your work collegues to look out for them
do any of the people have family that visit them? don't they ever say anything to you?
get as much eveidence as you can.....good for you for doing it. i know many people would just look at it as 'a job' 'not thier problem' but this world needs people like you...i can't beleive this sort of thing still happens...where do they get these people from..is he qualified in any way?

:yes: Some familys do come in and a few have complained to why they smell, One as asked him to fix his mums draw and hes still waiting 3 months on... I slyly spoke to him the other day and told him quite alot.... I know he went in the office with him the other day not sure what was said..... I also know one of the nurses that as came in as put in a complaint but also not sure what thats about.... The old lady that he man handled :no: family comes in and because she suffers ohhh i cant spell it where they go like little kids again she wouldnt the difference he had done wrong, Also when family do come in he acts sooooo nicee and false grrrrrrrr.... And hes so sly he's got a board up saying they have arts and craft on a tuesday and a singer on a Saturday i can assure this does not happen..... Not sure if he is qualifed i think he is.... To be honest i really want to walk and so close tooo doing it and some of the other girls are going to aswell all looking for other jobs..... But i really want to shop him nowwww he really needs shutting down....
