Can anyone help me urgently?

I need something on a pdf file altering and I cant do it. I did change it in photoshop and then saved it as a JPEG but when it was printed the qulaity was rubbish! I really need this today as the printers have all my other files and are waiting for this on eot start the printing.

Can anyone help? Im in a bit of a panic!!

i'm sorry i'm no good at this kind of thing.. have you tried editing it in paint??? Does it need the resolution thing changed???
