Distance Selling regs & exemption

Just wondering the type of wording people use in their T's & C's when it comes to letting customers know eGoods aren't covered by the distance selling regulations and can't be 'refunded.

I don't know Ruth, but wanted to pick your brains (sorry) - where would one find legalities of things like distance selling regulations? Next stop is Business Link, but wondered if it would be elsewhere.

daffs - there is lots of info on the web on distance selling regs. Business Link and the startups website both have sections covering it. You can also get factsheets from one of the .gov sites will have to look up which if you need it.

I went over them all yesterday thanks. there wasn't nothing I didn't know already. A client asked me about something in particular that I was unsure of so just making sure nothin had changed :D
