when the summer rubbish programmes have finished and decent programmes like Spooks come back, also looking forward to Robson Green, is it Bird on a wire? and that one with the medium, I'm useless saw all the ads on the tele last night and I've forgotten what they are called still looking to some good cosy nights in front the tele.

Did anyone watch this at the beginning of the year?

It was about a police detective that gets hit by a car and somehow while he's in a coma goes back to the 1970's where he becomes a police officer in that time? Its about him trying to get back to the present time.

It was brilliant! Very funny and tongue in cheek but great seeing how different things are now to how there were then in all aspects of life.

If so, does anyone know when it's coming back on? Think it's not till next year but hope I'm wrong??

That's ok, I watched it and loved it, was a teenager then, makes you miss the old days, when the police got their man and people said what they thought.

Yes life seemed to be a lot less hassle then didn't it? Not that I quite remember the 70's, but all was more chilled then wasn't it? Glad you enjoyed it too, was beginning to think it was just us that had watched it!

I never seem to get much time for telly these days....haven't seen EE all week so will have to catch up tomorrow.
But I do like the autumn schedules usually...looking forward to Robin Hood on BBC1....and counting down until the Christmas Doctor Who!!

Looking forward to Robson Green programme, I think it is called wire in the blood. It is an excellent programme and yes it is nice to start seeing some decent programmes on the telly again.

*****11 Yes it is called wire in the blood . One of my fav programs. I missed the first showing of Afterlife but i have been watching the repeat of the first series on one of the other channels. And i think the new one is back on this Sat? Carolyn
