Paper mache - Please Help

Had a great idea to make a mask from paper mache with dd, who is now loving the idea and i cant remember what to do! ive got a balloon and newspaper but im stuck,,Help please. i cant remember how to make it and i know i need to stick it on the ballon but how do i get the eye holes.

I think you cn just use a flour and water paste (or pva glue) to stick the newspaper on with.

Leave it to dry out and then burst the balloon and cut eye holes with scissors or a craft knife .... thats what I would do from memory anyway!

I suppose, if you are careful, you could leave areas uncovered for the eyes ...

we always use flour and water glue, vry sticky but safe if its eaten!! LOL
