My diabetic dog

I posted some time ago about my dog being diabetic, over the last few weeks she has become blind...vet said there is an op for this but she doesn't really recomend it, I wouldnt really want o put her through that any way.
Its quite upsetting to see her bumping into things, but she is happy and wags her tail everytime you call her and she know exactly where to go when it feeding time.
