Taking DD and DS to see Barney tomorrow. They are so excited they have been counting down how many more sleeps till they see him since last week. . It was so cute tonight when I told them only one more sleep. They are so excited.
The best bit........Its free.

We went last year too, the show last about 40 minutes, Ok for free eh?

thats nice i can remember when my dd really loved him she used to sleep with the talking barney untill one night she lent on him and pressed one off the button and it woke her up in a fright and was'nt allowed in her bed again .

LOl It was a nightmare

Arrived 10 mintues early, show was delayed for 40 mintues due to a fault in the sound system,:angry-smi123 When Barney did drag his ass on stage he was only on for 10 mintues instead of 30. BUMMER . Though The kids did enjoy it and bless they where great when they had to wait ( Quite proud , compared to some of the other kids lol)

Also last week i was in the local pound shop and bought two barney lunch bags they were the official ones, can you believe they where selling them at the show for £6.
And they were selling barney balloons at £4, :smiley-fa Terrible the prices they charge isnt it.

My friend took her two kids to see balamory live last year and they balloons where £10. She said the mothers where going crazy fighting to get into the queue for them lol, the things we do for our kids eh? lol

Oh god thats awful , its Ok laughing , but what a horrible situation for you .

It was meant to be a half hour show (3 times a day) to promote his new song/dvd. We had it last year too . It was held this year in one of the big shopping centres in the car park. The kids did enjoy it, the danced their socks off lol.
Also in the last couple of weeks there have been other free shows which have been pretty good , dora, fizz and milo from tweenies, sponge bob square pants, angelina ballerina and bob the builder and antoehr few. Its Ok for free, plus they give out goodies for the kids too.colouring sheets and chocolate coins. Just as well isnt it, there was no way I was going to pay £8 for two balloons.

Oh I hate Barney with a passion!!!! I won't even let my kids watch it. No reason, just have an irrational dislike.
