There seems to have been outrage at the recent show, did anyone see it?

I watched the Opera, it was screened on BBC 2 last night. TBH I can see how some people could find it offensive but it was soooo tongue in cheek! OK the devil killed Jerry so he could do a show in hell and try to get God to apologise to Satan (it also involved Adam calling Eve a S*ut, Jesus coming out and Mary announcing that the Angel did a bit more than tell her she was pregnant...!) If you can watch the show and simply laugh at the people who put themselves onto it then you can see the funny side of the Opera.
I think burning TV licences is a touch extreme (not to mention stupid as you still need one even if you don't watch BBC) I guess no matter what is going to be on TV, someone, somewhere will be offended by it.
