Did anyone else see last nights Wife Swap? I sat for most of the show with my mouth hanging open! Is anyone here a 'mindful wife'?? Do you ensure your dh leaves for work every morning knowing that you appreciate the fact that he's going out and earning money for you? Do you get changed (into a Japanese style dress, with lacy hold ups because that's how he likes you to dress) and ensure you're fully made up for him coming home? Have you got a freshly run bath to greet him? Do you take off his coat and shoes before taking him upstairs for some 'quality time', leaving your 10 yo son downstairs on his own (every day) because he has no friends to play with where you live so he's stuck inside where he can HEAR you????? The worst bit was when this silly lady's husband informed his wife swap that he was more important than the son! OMG! Was so frustrated last night I could have screamed!!!

Mindful wife........as Jim Royal would say "my arse". No way would you catch me taking off my DH's coat and shoes when he got home from work, neither would I get all tarted up to welcome home.
