Guess what???
We are now the proud (or in dps case not too proud) owners of 5 baby stick insects!!!!:tcwozerek :tcwozerek :tcwozerek
they all have names.. and we have a very "special" one missing a leg....
anyone know what else apart from brambles i can put in their tank as i have hurt my fingers on the thorns......
they are very sticky stick incsects!!

I don't even know what stick insects are. I know dfd asked if she could have some the other day but you needn't guess what my answer was.

OOh yes they eat privit. My friend has stick insects and everytime she comes to mine she nicks loads to give them as we have a privit hedge in our front garden.

hope you enjoy them, little ds likes ants atm keeps fetching me them, oh and them hover flies aswell because they seem to gather at the top of his tent

We used to have stick insects when I was a child. We used to keep all the tiny babies and eggs in a large sweet jar, and one day the cat got to it, and walked round with it on his head like a space mans helmet, baby stick insects all round the house for weeks afterwards..

Aww bless, can I see a pic?? I had a praying mantis called Manty, he was fab. I want a leaf insect now but dp won't let me!
