Well here goes

Age 46
Married (last time looked he was laying on the sofa so I suppose that means he's staying)
Children 1 daughter aged 11 (going on 21)
Pets - dog, hamster, 6 ferrets and a horse. (Parents send their kids round my house as it cheaper than the zoo)

Sad bits Get your violins out

Dad was an alcoholic (Disowned me - the cheek of it)
Brother was a herion addict (Deceased)
Mum was normal (not sad but I thought I better put it in so you knew that not all the family are / were wierd)
Spent 10 years trying to have a baby - lost three when I was 5/6 months pregnant. Refused to give up - stubborn as a mule thats me.
Husbands mum and dad died in their early 50's (cancer).

Motto in life
Life's too short enjoy it

Friends never describe me as short fat and wrong side of 40 They say "You know Cath she's the nutter"

You sound like a great person to have come through all that and kept on smiling.

And I agree with whassat, didn't know if I should be happ or sad, I think though you'd rather we were happy, so I'll laugh with you at the good bits.

Welcome from a fellow newbie...sorry for all the tragedy in your life, but as some of the others said, you have a wicked sense of humour despite the heartache...you sound like a very strong and positive lady.

I don't know if you remember a toy called a weeble. It had the slogan " Weebles wobble but the don't fall down" Well that's me I've had a fair few wobbles but nobody and nothing is ever going to keep me down.

Come to think of it I look like a weeble (they were shaped like an egg)
what with the big hips and equally giagantic bottom:hysterica
