Niggly moan

My car has gone into a garage to be repaired from the vandalised damage, it is a 5 door, the courtesy car they have given me (which I had to wait for as I drive an automatic) is a 3 door feista. Me with 3 children with a 3 door fiesta.


Should I complain? WWYD?

tbh they dont have to replace your car like for like! All they have to do is give you a car.. my neighbour has a galaxy (and needs it) and hers was replaced with a fiesta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

less than a 1/4 of a tank, the warning light is on and it says it has only 20 miles left before it runs out 20061008

they prob only use fiestas or the like cos they're cheap 2c run, maintain & insure hun.

In all honesty alot of insurers give you a like for like -

But equally many don't. When dp had his company car - a Saab Estate - they replced it with a mcra - he couldn't get his equipment in so complained and eventually got a Ford Galaxy..although still had a problem..pmsl
