MY bank decided to discontinue my old credit card and get me to take out a different one came through the letter box but no pin phoned c/service and was told to use my old one that never worked and got locked:angry-smi123
Then when I had to use it to buy something online says security code not conpatible to card so asked at bank to see what I had to do and said phone c/services:angry-smi123
When I got through to them asked me a few security questions last one was not sure of so now he's locked out of my account :fryingpan:
Now being told go back to my branch to have card reset with my ID :fryingpan:
This I did yesterday and was in there for another hour til they got it sorted :fryingpan:
Well they are lucky I never told them what to do with the Bloo-- Card

Tell me about it....

I wrote a cheque on Thursday....took it into Natwest at 3.30pm that day...to be paid into someones account.

Got a letter from my back (halifax) today, dated MONDAY...that it had bounced and i would be charged £39.

Was shocked as i was told it wouldn't cash until atleast Weds - most likley Thursdy..9was only about £10 short on the monday too).

I rang Halifax this morning to be told it is an error - dont know what has happened but a fault of the banks.

Okay but it makes me look like a dimwit,a dn is embarrasing as had the other person on the phone jumping down my neck..saying that there bank is charging them.

I asked if i was being charged and Halifax lady said yes - then said she would reverse all charges as not MY FAULT

Sick of all these things being not my fault - like when comapnies attempt to take money on a date different to what they tell myself.

God I'm not the only one then Am still waiting for a new pin no so won't know if it is still going to work.
:smiley-fa Nice to see ur not going to be charged at least that has worked out ok for u **5**
I went to the cast point at 6pm tonight to get some money out and nothing came out :hissyfit:
Its ok though as I have checked and although the money was taken out its already been put back which I find very strange lol.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm - buggers!!!

There was no way i was accepting the charge - as everyone i spoke too even at the branch today when i went to withdraw the cash says it takes atleast 4 days to clear - no way can it clear in one day!
