I purchased a washing machine from them last year and within a week I had to call them out to fix it (all the electrics were blown inside) Everything has being going great since, they phoned me in may when the insurance cover was ending so I renewed it. A couple of days ago the door wouldn't shut properly so it wont work, here was me thinking it was a good job I extended the warrenty, so I phoned the service company but they have no record of my extended warranty so will not send out an engineer, so then I phoned littlewoods and now I have to wait till tomorrow to talk to the warranty department :angry-smi123
