did anyone see this last night on channel 5?

about a woman who goes to hotels to help them get better ratings the couple on last night were terrible the lounge looked like something out of the 80's bathroom was dirty and towels were scruffy any suggestions made by this women the couple werent helping thought their hotel was perfect i wouldnt have stayed there!!! changed it in the end looked a lot better more of a fresh look more modern

I did not watch any telly last night, but watched the last series and it was great. Will have to try and remember to watch next week.
