Just got my CRB check through for Beaver Scouts, just in time as we leave for camp today! It's only taken 8 months and one refusal coz it was done with blue ink rather than black ink (d'oh)

So I am now officially not a pervert, and have a certificate to prove it :happy72:

And whats worse is, My check took months, netty's took about ten minutes (well 2-3 weeks) and I'm supposed to be checked because I'm a Beaver Leader, nettys check is just for camp!

Not sure if it will be a "comfy" bed ... but hopefully better than the ground! - will let you know when we are back.

Have fun guys - both me and dh are Beaver leaders, although have put it on hold becaue of our little colony at the moment! Always loved it though - hope the weather is great and you have a brilliant time. We took our Scouts to St Lucia 6 years ago - fab!

Might be a bit far for a weekend though ...hehehe - this camp is only half an hour up the road ...

so if you get bad storms you can leave them all and run home to your bed, lol and leave your hubby to look after them:hysterica dont forget the insect reppellant
