Really fed up, Im so tired but am scared to lay down in case i get dizzy...thot i did get a bit dizzy so thats why ive been up since half 4.

Do you know what causes the dizziness? Try putting an extra pillow under your head to see if that helps.

sounds like vertigo,its miserable,not much you can do for it really,docs can give you some tablets but they have never worked for me,hope it clears up soon!!""cutey""b

Yea i'v a headache too must be heat

I'd say go doctors when i get like that i need tablets to stop it ((hugs)))

could be the heat, & being over-tired...I had it last week, when it was really muggy, but now I'm ok...had some gd sleep & doing everything I can 2 keep cool...HTH hun

I agree, it seems to be heat related for an awful lot of people, my head feels fuzzy, like im hungover (no such luck!!)

thanx everyone, i have been to the docs and he thinks its a case of being too hot etc and being stressed, plus I have got an infection in my ear canal, i knew i had a sore ear but not to that extent, so ive got drops and ive just to carry on as i was.

so tired today, good news was tho, that my bp was down a little today, altho doc i saw said he thinks thats just a blip and it will soon go back up...well theres confidence for you lol!!!

glad you went to the docs.. the ear infection can easily cause the dizziness... rest and chill as much as possible..hugs to you lotsly xx
