I am a senior lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University (and a Mum) and I am conducting research into the factors which influence Mother's decisions about how to feed milk to their babies, and when and how they decide to wean their children (give them any food other than milk). I would be very grateful if you would complete a questionnaire about these issues. You can complete the questionnaire whether or not you currently have children (e.g. if you are trying to conceive). The questionnaire is a Word document which can be completed electronically. It takes around 30 minutes to complete and your responses will be completely confidential.
