HOw are you - I know I have been very quiet lately :( ; Lots of excuses, but mostly trying to do too many things at once!

I'm sure you realise that when you turn thirty every thing slows down!

Thanks for thinking of me and I have been trying to keep up with posts - but rather unsucessfully.

I'm sure that I will need to off load sson - It just seems rude to do it if I can't be bothered to catch up first!
