What pets do you have?

I currently have:

6 fish and 2 snails

Russian Dwarf hamster called Scooby

Leopard Gecko called Speedy! He is fab!

I used to have a praying mantis but he died. I'd love a dog but can't have one in the flat, one day though.

i have 4 fish called, Orbison, Bean, Flicker and Gavin.
When I went away last Thursday, I had 5, but came home and think that Flower died. And as fish are carnivorous little buggers if there is a dead one in the tank..............

We don't have any pets as such but if snails count about 600 :hysterica :hysterica mostly in my hosta's. emily deperately wants a dog or a rabbit but i am not keen on either because i would end up looking after them.

we got a bird called cheeks!.(parrot type thing).(ggrrrrrrr...he hates me and i hate him)
and tropical fish and lots of baby fish

i have a 15 year old pitbull terrier called sal she is the most soppiest thing i have come across and we have had her in the family 15 years and i have a 4 year old cat called annie

we have at the moment a cat called tiggz, though she has been living outside for the past week because we got a new puppy called poppy , used to have loads of rats and rabbits and guinea pigs but gave them to my neice to look after when sinead died because I was worried we would not look after them properly the cat was ok because she could tell us when she wanted food

and a lovely Newfoundland Dog called lola She's great if you have the room i advise everyone to get one great dogs!! Very loving great with kids and loves people,if your home most of the time it's like having someone with you all the time. There just WONDERFUL :clapping:

have been thinking about getting a kitten, as i know someone who has a pregnant cat, Leah loves cats, and i know Meg wouldn't hurt it, am in the process of trying to persuede dp, But leah has already named it Daisy!!

we have a 12 yr old cat called jasmin used to be a horrible but in a nice way :hysterica sitting in the hall waiting for anyone to pass then but her paws out thought the banister and get you ,dd wouldnt go passed her if she was laying down i would have to go and move her out the way but now she's more friendly think it called old age she still has her moments tho but that what make her her lol
we also have a hamster called nibbles i got it for dd last week it has'nt nibbled us yet....:unsure:

At the moment we have

A Cat with 3 legs called Pirate

5 Bantams a cockeral named George (after Chicken George in Roots) and Hens named Pecker, Perdie, Cutie Pie and Swimmer. I should point out I did not name them.

A newt called "Killer", because he eat the tadpoles.

And two tadpoles (almost frogs) named slippy and slimy.

We are hoping to get goats and donkeys soon.

A gorgeous staffie 6 year old called Smokey
At least 1/2 a dozen frogs in garden (they sit on the doorstep at night, v. cute!)
One surviving goldfish (a heron got the other 2!)

Am debating getting another dog to keep my pup company - she's depressed since her best pal (a terrier/dalmation cross) moved away! Have yet to convince hubby - maybe will threaten to get preggers again, another dog seems like a breeze compared to even more kids!!!! :hysterica

By the way, hope you all have pet insurance - dog had recent illness and would have cost £1600 without!!! Is def worth it

No she doesn't bite, but she is lazy she won't exercise! Well she tries climbing up on the outside of her wheel but thats about it!

We've got a cat Jasmine we've had her a month. We got her from a cats rescue she's around 5 years old and has 1 eye and 2 teeth but you would be hard pressed to find a friendlier more loving pet. She's great and we alll love her to bits and can't imagine life without her now.

Ive got.... 3 rottweilers. Amy is 2 years 1 month old, Rocky is 15 months old & Hollymole is 6 months old.
1 elderly cat called Misty who is roughly 19 now
1 male budgie who is called Joey & is 16 months old
2 gerbils called Rock & Roll who are also 16 months old :laugh:

We have now got - 16 fish! We got a tank from freecycle and bought some fish, got some stones off the beach and bought a shipwreck to in. Zack loves looking at them!

Heres some of my pets. I also have 2 cockatiels Scrappy and Scooby, a guninea pig (which doesnt have a name :-( )

I have read this about newfies and my in-laws have a newfie who is about 15 months old. She is awful, she went for my eldest, she went for my newphew, she is unruly and uncontrollable. Of course it doesn't help that my in-laws are making no effort to train her properly. We are working on it, we're sure she has the potential to be a lovely dog.

Moving on, we have three dogs, a Scottish Terrier called Charlie who is 12 years old, a rescue Greyhound called Buffy who is a complete wimp and acts like a cat, and a 14 month old Great Dane called Dolly who is the most wonderful girl in the world and she absolutely adores people, especially children.:cloud9:

We also have two rats, Rose and Jasmine and they are just over a year old.
